Asus has introduced today a new plaque, the Asus ROG Crosshair III, focused on the most demanding and on its product range ROG, Republic of Gamers.

III brings the crosshair socket AM3, which will use the latest and most powerful microprocessor from AMD, the Phenom and the latest Athlon II II. Furthermore it includes the AMD 790FX chipset, four slots for DDR3 memory up to 1600 MHz, two slots PCI-Express 2.0 x 16 (to connect two graphics simultaneously CrossFireX or SLI mode), and of course more SATA2 ports, USB 2.0 and an eSATA.

Two main novelties of Asus ROG Crosshair III compared to other boards, not just competition but also from Asus itself. On one hand we find MemOK!, A technology which we see in an event Asus few weeks ago, and whose operation can restore the computer to block certain problems.

On the other hand we find SupremeFX X-Fi sound with up to 8 channels of audio quality, something unusual in conventional plates.

Asus ROG Crosshair III may be an interesting option for those who are looking for a computer with an AMD AM3 plate and high performance. Its price has yet been made public, but it is logical to think that will be in a range between 200 and 250 euros.

Hand in hand with Asus, Disney is producing a series of Netpal portable that being frank is not more than a conventional PC.

That’s right, especially with changes in its remote interface of the new XP operating system will be configured, where parents can have easy control and management on what they allowed their children or not.

Technically we could compare with the Eee PC with a difference in design focused mainly attract children.

Anyway its a reasonable price does not stop producing these netbooks as an option to source something like, What do you think?

Asus Disney have a price to the $350 amount.

It has made the request but Asus 1008HA is now official. We saw a few weeks ago but is now known when the final set of specifications for the Asus 1008HA, known to compete with a few ultra-portable. In our case, the thickness is only 1 inch.

The Asus 1008HA comes equipped with PC. Thus, it is an Atom N280 processor at 1.6 Ghz, leads series 1 GB of RAM and traditional hard disk of 160 GB. The screen is 10 inches, with resolution of 1024 × 600, comes with keyboard and touchpad multitáctil big enough.

The weight of the Asus 1008HA is 1 kg and its thickness, just over 2.5 cm, which is away from the appearance of thicker and heavier models with ultra 10-inch screen and good battery. In fact, the six-cell battery is one of its strengths, offering the role to 6 hours of autonomy. We shall see if WiFi, webcam and card reader to the battery reaches full capacity in these figures. The bluetooth and VGA output does not lack either.

As for the price, the Asus 1008HA will be available in Europe in several colors with a price of about $ 750.

Asus also has already announced a new model for the series Eee Box, called Asus Eee Box 208.

The new miniature computer is in line with their younger siblings, but note the effort of the mark to alert the public needs characteristics superior to those offered by such order.

Thus, the new Asus Eee Box 208 will come equipped with an Intel Atom 330 dual core and an ATI Radeon HD4350 graphics card with 256 MB, HDMI port and an internal battery so you can use it at times without having to connect to the network eléctrica. Ya, I also understand it. As for storage, follow the line of their predecessors, allowing the user to choose between discs 160, 250 or 320 GB.

The only feature that pulls us back a little is that the said computer will come with Windows Vista preinstalled, forcing anyone with two fingers of forehead to spend hours of their time doing the downgrade to XP in order to make an adequate return on the pileup, that we would not even incorporates the 2 GB of RAM, which calls the operating system failed. A curse that seems to have no end, so that Windows 7 is to fall, luck.

Unfortunately I have no information about the price of Asus Eee Box 208 at the first time to lunch.

Asus is also showing at CeBIT more powerful laptops. And in this segment has always stressed its range Lamborghini, which has unveiled a new model, the Asus Lamborghini VX5.

The most prominent feature of this laptop is its storage device, a disk type SSD with a size of 1 TB, will make sure that their price will shoot at stratospheric levels, as does the Eee S121, and that the latter only has 512 GB.

The Asus Lamborghini VX5 comes with a 16-inch display with support for FullHD, and is equipped with an Intel Core 2 Quad, 4 GB of RAM and an Nvidia GeForce GT graphics card 130M with 1 GB of DDR3 memory type. High performance, therefore, focused on a laptop for a good performance, although not designed to play.

As high-end, could not leave out an optical drive Blu-ray reader and interesting details such as finished leather or a backlit keypad that is activated automatically according to ambient light. To extend the autonomy of its battery, provides TwinTurbo mode, which adjust their performance depending on what you need every time.
