The F Series are not the only laptops that Sony has presented at the ESC. Before the show started and the flood of submissions already leaked some models that have now become official. They are the Sony Vaio S Series and Sony Vaio Y Series.
We start with the S Series, which are designed to be easy to carry, thanks to its lightweight, around 2 kilos to get by using aluminum enclosures. Its display is 13.3 inches and is illuminated with LEDs, automatically adjusting its brightness by a light sensor, which also serves to turn the backlight on the keyboard.

Sony is back on everyone’s lips in this series of laptops that has drawn the VAIO P Series.
With careful design, this notebook PC is not bigger than an envelope, in fact weighs 640 grams, making it perfect for carrying travel comfortably.

Sony has happened, really, with this series of portable Sony Vaio AW series, which seeks to cope with Apple products (such as the MacBook Pro) and other competitors focused on the professional segment.

These models have a very simple but elegant design, while its magic is when we talk about their characteristics, as shown below:
Its price, at least for Japan, around 2800 dollars for the more modest version, so you can already get an idea of what it cost the better version.
Will be available for 20 September, so not much to learn more about this product.
We will see as its competitors respond to this new threat from Sony.

Sony also joined the presentation of the platform Intel Centrino 2, in this case by presenting its Z-series laptops, which include default.

The Sony Vaio Z, like any other product of this company, are aimed at people who not only likes to work on her laptop, but more than them.

Frankly, I think it would go for another option, for not paying so much for the brand, but each does what it wants with your money, of course.
