PC Fit, get in shape at your computer

PC Fit

Video games no longer involve only take the command and lie on the sofa in front of the console. In an effort to reach a much more heterogeneous, manufacturers offer products with a lot more social and forcing them to stand and, in many cases, even to exercise.

The Wii is the clearest representative of this trend, from the original concept of the console until extensions as the Wii Fit. Virtually modeled the name now appears on the PC Spain Fit, a video game that combines, as did that, fun and exercise, but in this case in front of the computer.

It is sold in a pack made up of the game itself and a carpet that connects via USB. This is identical to that used in DDR type games, which also includes PC Fit, but focuses more on exercise.

And is that the program offers three objectives: to lose weight, gain strength and improve muscle tone, through all this series of exercises. If it was easy to find excuses for not going to the gym, this will be even more.

PC Fit does not forget either the social component and includes five games designed to share among several people, like Simon Steps or DJ Rhythm.

Is put on sale starting next month for a price of 40 euros.
