Olympus has announced that by January 2009 will launch a new range of compact cameras Mju possibly will be announced during the CES.
This model Mju SW is resistant to cold water and shockproof will be renamed to Mju Though. This name change is due to its characteristics of resistance to these extreme conditions, so that has changed the name to something more in keeping with their nature.
It does not really have a new camera, but going from Mju SW to Mju Tough to take the opportunity to give more to launch this range of compact, even though it advertised that there will be innovations and benefits to the line. Currently the range SW offers different levels of hardness, which is perfect for small or adventure trips to mountains with low temperatures, or even three meters underwater.
