Nokia N900 Official Launch

Gradually we have been hearing about the benefits of the new flagship of the Finnish firm, the Nokia N900, this time officially and we can share pictures and information we had contrasting days waiting.

There are two interesting points covered in this new terminal to be added to its comprehensive connectivity: Maemo its newest operating system (based on Linux), and its promising hardware architecture based on ARM Cortex A8, with 3D graphics acceleration.

The Maemo OS 5 and the processing power of new hardware, they are not alone in the project, all other specifications also appear to rise, we find a touch screen with WVGA resolution (800 × 480 pixels) of that size is not known. And the presence of physical QWERTY keyboard, which many considered positively for Nokia N900.

The phone will be presented alongside other innovations such as the Nokia N97 Mini (as I commented a couple of days), during the Nokia World 09 which is held on 2 and 3 September in Stuttgart.

The release date of Nokia N900 is scheduled for October in certain markets, and will cost around 500 euros without taxes, a very tempting price taking into account the prices of the latest Nokia, and we have no account of any subsidies.
