Motorola Opus One Cellphone with Android iDEN

The Motorola Opus One came out a few days ago it was the first mobile phone with support Android iDEN (Integrated Digital Enhanced Network), a technology that combines phone functions with a walkie-talkie through the push-to talk.
Moreover, these are the features:
- Zeus XScale PXA270 CPU at 520 MHz
- 3.1 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 320 x 480
- 3 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash
- Wi Fi
- Bluetooth
- MicroSD card slot
- 512 MB of memory
- 256 MB RAM
- A-GPS
So far no known release date or price for this Motorola Opus One.
