HD CMOS sensor from Samsung Storage Technology

Samsung is these companies that have opened many fronts at once with important developments in almost all of them. Improving the webcams for notebooks carrying the image quality to high definition? Well, yes, in this case are the engineers of the multi-Korean company.
The latest sensor they have developed a CMOS 1/4 inch and integrated throughout the system on a single chip, is 1.2 megapixels and is capable, according to the company, to offer video to 720p and 30 fps for video in high definition . The capture of the video can be VGA at 60 fps.
With a technique to group together in pairs, the pixels of the sensor, the sensor’s resolution is 1280 x 960 pixels. It has also succeeded in improving the limit of light with a sensor that works acceptably, getting a team with three sensitivity than usual.
For early next year we’ll see these sensors mounted on the first teams.
