EA Sports Prepares for its External Gadgets Games

The fashion of external peripherals arrives at EA Sports. Leaving aside the school of thought that says these are just excuses for the developers to continue making us pay gold and die for a game, to increase the already high price of the securities.
The fact is that the executive producer for EA Sports, David McCarthy has revealed that “we have plans for adding external peripherals to our games. I think in the next twelve months we will see games from EA Sports using the same strategy that has been applied to ‘Rock Band’.
But before we begin to imagine a soccer ball with sensors or something so complicated and presumably expensive, it appears that Electronic Arts’ intentions point to another side, white plastic devices were added to WiiMote.
“One of the things we are exploring is playing with the Wiimote in a different way, using many peripherals connected to it. Basically the player try to play differently, and what we are trying with various peripheral coupled prototypes at the helm of Wii. “
In addition, McCarthy suggested that at a glance, it may at E3, we’ll see details and samples of the products in question. Although if they have to submit any truly significant innovation in the field playable and peripherals through, I hope that is not something as basic as a couple of white plastic to WiiMote, and its research pointing toward something more revolutionary or immersed.
