BenQ Mobile Internet Device with HSDPA
BenQ has been lights in several appearances with the Mobile Internet Device (MID), which enjoys a fairly attractive design… and that so far, leaving us intrigued by their specifications.
In forums Intel, someone has published the specifications, and then they leave so that you also enjoy:

What will be the price? Will be launched when the market? are two questions that must be for a while, it seems.
